Senior Quantity Surveyor – Civil Engineering – Leeds – c£55k + Generous Benefits

My client is a blue chip, privately owned contractor, well known across the globe.

Across the UK, they work across a huge variety of civil engineering frameworks boasting a turnover in excess of over £400m.

They have two civil engineering frameworks being ran from Leeds, both water related, both looking for a lead Quantity Surveyor to help manage on key projects which range from £3m to £30m in value.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you would be expected to lead on commercial deliverables throughout the lifecycle of projects, perform NEC based contract administration, manage change, manage subcontracts and direct delivery partners as well as provide mentoring to more junior members of staff. Each project team is made up of Commercial, Operational and Design Leads so you would be working as part of a close knit team for each and every scheme.
