Estimator – Facilities Management

Salary: £26,400 – £30,000 per year

Job Description:

As an Estimator you will support the Service Co-ordinating team in producing quotations for PPM and Reactive works.

This role will suit someone with experience in a similar position with the technical knowledge of facilities management and HVAC systems being essential as is the ability to work effectively with little supervision autonomously and within a team.

Responsibilities:

• Liaise with Engineers and Customers to get specifics on required works to be carried out
• Contact several different suppliers and obtain quotations for parts and components
• Collate information to submit a final quotation
• Chase outstanding quotation requests
• General ad-hoc administration duties as required

Candidate Specification:

• Excellent communication skills
• Hardworking, the role can be very busy and fast-paced
• Minimum of 12 months experience in a similar role
• IT literate – Microsoft and bespoke system
