Salary: £60,000 – £72,000 per year
Proven home automation estimator required to produce technical AV quotes for high end residential projects.
The Position:
The appointed AV Estimator will assume responsibility for:
* Responding to tenders in a timely and efficient manner
* Producing technical quotes to help win high-end residential projects valuing up to £5 million
* Involvement in design, programming and project management
* Providing all technical elements including priced bill of materials and scope of works
* Production of project deliverables, specifications, reports, solution brief
The Candidate:
Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:
* A minimum of three years home automation estimating experience within the high-end residential sector
* The ability to write detailed AV System quotes and estimates
* A thorough understanding of high-end AV integration (Crestron and Midwich) and related (cabling, home cinema systems, home IP networks)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
