Enterprise Digital Channels Architect
Our trusted partner, a global corporation that operates within the FTSE 100 Index is currently hiring an Enterprise Digital Channels Architect who has recent B2C/B2B digital customer project experience providing omni-channel solution design / architecture within an SaaS AWS environment as our client rebuilds their customer journey platforms.
This is an exciting / challenging greenfield vacancy where you will influence business strategy engaging with C-Suite members of staff and our clients senior stakeholders re building their digital presence. Our partner, is looking to pay £130,000 + 30% bonus + Excellent additional benefits with 3 day site presence in Luton.
Role responsibilities:
- Architectural Direction: Develop, articulate and own the enterprise digital channel architecture and roadmap encompassing web, mobile, B2B and other online platforms ensuring an omni-channel Customer experience.
- Stakeholders: Work with stakeholders across our organisation to ensure the architecture meets easyJet’s business objectives and Customer needs, ensuring alignments with architecture principles and patterns.
- Compliance: Ensure our digital channel architectures comply with security, privacy, and regulatory guidelines.
- Performance: Oversee the performance of digital channels, ensuring high availability, optimal performance, and scalability to handle growth as well as supporting usability.
- Leadership: Provide technical leadership, decision-making and guidance throughout the lifecycle to both internal colleagues (Developers/Engineers) and external partners.
Core capabilities:
- Recent experience delivering end to end solutions within a global corporation within E-commerce, Retail or Aviation sectors (must have)
- Strong capabilities in executing architectures within omnichannel customer domains, preferably retail across (web,mobile,B2B) (must have)
- The ability and willingness to direct engineering teams within a digital AWS setting. You must have the ability to engage with solutions architects, developers / engineers at a low level (must have)
- Enterprise level architectural experience with the ability to see the bigger picture across a broad range of platforms (must have)
- The ability to negotiate with stakeholders and presenting high-level technical strategies and architecture at all levels of the organisation ensuring buy-in (must have)
- Strong expertise in MACH serverless principles at enterprise level and previous hands-on experience in designing and implementing composable, microservices-based architectures (must have)
