English Teacher

Staff for Education are currently seeking to recruit an English Teacher for a lovely Secondary School in Nottingham (NG5 area) to start in February 2024. The position will be full time and is a long term position that will be until the end of the academic year at least.

Main responsibilities include:
• Planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Monitoring and assessing student progress and giving constructive feedback
• Managing classroom behaviour in line with the schools policies
• Being able to create a positive and inclusive learning environment

In order to be considered for the position, you must have QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) or equivalent teaching qualification. You must also hold a DBS Certificate on the Online Update Service or be willing to apply for an enhanced DBS.
