We are working with an education provider in the Northamptonshire area who are looking for a Engineering Teacher/Assessor to join their team.

The position is a permanent full-time role, comprising of 37 hours per week, and successful candidate will work under the direction of the Head of Faculty to plan and deliver workshop based sessions in accordance with EAL and BTEC specifications to both KS4 and KS5 learners. All of the delivery would be based around milling, turning, maintenance and welding.

The starting salary for this position is between £30,856.8 and £41,604 per annum (depending on qualifications and experience), which would also include a teacher’s pension, and a very generous non-term time holiday allowance.

To be eligible for the position, you MUST have:
-A level 3 engineering qualification (or higher)
-An Assessor award (or similar)
-Experience of milling/turning
-Experience of maintenance/welding
