We have been contracted to recruit an experienced Engineering for this excellent opportunity in Norfolk.

Job Description:

Main Scope of Role:

To ensure that all site assets and capability is fully operational, reliable and available in order to provide continual and sustainable supply of product to our customers and target (or better) safety, productivity, cost, quality, service and reputation.
Ensure that all site assets and capability is fully compliant to all legislation, regulation and corporate standards

Skills & Experience Required:

Extensive and demonstrable experience of conveying and packaging equipment within FMCG/food sector manufacturing
Expert knowledge of using planned and preventative maintenance techniques
Broad experience in initiating and leading equipment reliability improvements in high volume, FMCG/food manufacturing environment
Demonstrable experience of managing a multi-disciplined team of technicians and contractors
Experience of working in a lean operating environment, and as part of a high performance team
Outstanding communication ability across all levels of the business and between all functions
Ability to work proactively with minimal direct guidance
Ability to think strategically, develop the vision and secure acceptance for it
Ability to grow cross functional relationships and to influence outside of immediate sphere of control
Highly developed analytical skills that translate to delivery
Effective project planning and project management skills
Expert root cause problem solving and expert practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical engineering
Educated to degree level with an engineering qualification
NEBOSH certified
