Salary: £42,000 per year
We are looking for an experienced Engineering & Maintenance Manager to work for a meduim sized manufacturing company located in the Barnsley, South Yorkshire area.
THE ROLE
You will be an apprentice trained Engineer and have experience supervising a small team of Maintenance Electrician’s / Engineer’s.
Duties will include the supervision of a team of Engineers, managing continuous improvements, Health & Safety, product quality, house keeping, discipline and change management.
Essentially you must be able to demonstrate excellent communication, delegation, man management and time management skills.
THE HOURS:
You will work days (Monday to Friday).
THE PACKAGE:
You will be paid a basic salary of £42,000per annum, plus outstanding benefits.
