Engineering Coordinator or Manager

Salary: £51,180 – £78,000 per year

Housbuilder who has an excellent reputation for building out good quality sites from 50 – 300 units in and around the Berkshire, Wiltshire, Thames Valley and M4 Corridor.

Currently they have many sites in the pipeline that have come through the stategic land team and immediate land team.

The role will be to assist on layouts for pre-acquisition and drive through designs by managing civil engineering design practices who are assigned the design and layout of sewers, infrastructure and drainage to get planning and build In addition these roles will then be assisting and coordinating the designs in conjuntion with the construction team in building out the units to the required specifications and liaising with the Construction team in ensuring that the designs are feasible for construction and to support in any areas necessary to ensure theyare on time and on budget with any value engineering to be considered throughout the schemes.

Technical Coordinator – Engineering/ Infrastructure £40,000 – £65,000 DOE plus travel allowance plus bonus plus package Analysing the design layouts for sewers, drainage and associated infrastructure + S278

The role is to join a thriving team that work together to resolve design issues from feasibility stages through to build on site and will be liaising with the Land department on feasibility stages and the Construction team on build out.
