Employer Engagement Officer

Our client based in Chesterfield is looking for a Training Referral Advisor to work on their Pre-Employment Team.

This role has arisen due to ongoing company growth and success and therefore could be an immediate start for the right person.

The main purpose of the role will be to engage with referral agencies to meet recruitment targets by ensuring courses are set up to meet the contract demands. You will also provide support with coordinating the learner responsive provision as required.

Key Responsibilities:

*To generate and sustain relationships with a range of referral agencies.
*To generate and sustain relationships with a range of employers to identify their training and business requirements in line with the relevant quality standards.
*To meet with stakeholders on a regular basis to promote services offered on a local, regional and national level.
*To participate in marketing and promotional activity, to arrange events and impact on marketing activity.
This role will include regular travel and overnight stays to all parts of England.
*To meet employer contribution and full cost income targets.
*To set up and coordinate all learner responsive courses to meet the contracts demands.
*Preparing and collating reports as required for contract requirements and by Line Manager and or a member of SMT.
*To work to targets for funding contracts.
*Support all vocational staff in learner responsive provision with enrolments, inductions and detailed course information.
*To comply with company policies and procedures.
*Represent the company at local, national and international meetings and events when required.
*Participating in personal professional development following appraisal of individual needs.
*Undertake other tasks as assigned by your Line Manager and/or a member of SMT.
*Attend team meetings arranged by your Line Manager and/or a member of SMT.

Experience/Skills/Attributes:

*Experience within a Telesales role
*Experience within a face to face sales/service role
*IAG qualification an advantage
*IOSH qualification an advantage
*Level 2 or above Math’s and English
*Must have a driving license with own car
*Excellent negotiation skills
*Excellent customer service skills
*Adaptable
*Honest and reliable
