A leading Employability and Skills provider based in London are currently seeking committed and dynamic tutors to join its Study Programme team. This will involve tutoring 16-19 year old NEETS.
You will be required to deliver:
• Work Skills (employability)
• Functional Skills
• Business Administration (or other vocational pathway) – Not essential
Key responsibilities
• To conduct initial assessment to understand training and development needs.
• Effective use of diagnostic tools and assessment of learner’s portfolios.
• Develop and deliver effective and innovative course material in order to engage learners.
• Effective monitoring and pastoral care of learners.
• To contribute to general course administration, enrolment of learners and promotion of progression routes.
Applicant Requirements
• A relevant teaching qualification (PTLLS,CTLLS,DTLLS or PGCE)
• Level 2 in English and Maths
• Assessing qualification (desirable)
• Good administration and organisational skills
