Employability Trainer – Restart Programme

Covering our clients centres in South East Wales (Cardiff, Cwmbran, Newport, Monmouthshire and Abergavenny)

to £23k Permanent Full Time, finish 4.30pm

Due to continued growth, we are seeking to recruit an experienced employability skills trainer for their growing team.

To deliver Employability Skills Training to all participants on provision, ensuring the most effective and up to date approaches are implemented to prepare unemployed participants for sustainable employment.

* Accountable for delivering appropriate Employability Skills training which engages, motivates and upskills participants.

* Responsible for designing new and innovative sessions to support the economic changes within Employment.

* Accountable for adapting sessions to meet a variety of skills and needs of all participants. Responsible for achieving a 90% participant attendance rate across all sessions.

* Accountable for reminder communications to all participants attending your sessions.

* Responsible for managing all fail to attend participants for all training sessions, working with the Employability Advisor on re-engaging participants.

* Responsible for coordinating with the Employability Advisors key next steps and activities required for participants attending your sessions.

* Accountable for maintaining digital records for all participants attending your sessions.

We need you to have relevant training experience and qualification(s)

* Experience of working with unemployed adults

* Qualified or with the potential and willingness to work towards

* o ESW Communication Level 2/

* o AON Level 2/ Digital Literacy Level 2
