Location of work: This role is office based.

The Role:

A fantastic opportunity has now been created for an Embedded Software Engineer to join a growing team, working towards the design of a new range of industry leading IoT devices. Our client has an exciting new product development road map ahead of them, designing industry leading IoT wireless connected devices.

The ideal Embedded Engineer will be degree qualified and have industry experience in a similar role, where you will ideally have worked on embedded C/C++ development to MISRA standards. You will also have experience with microcontroller design (ARM, PIC, TI, STM etc) and a range of communication protocols such as CAN, SPI, I2C, RS232 or RS485. Whilst any experience with Autosar or battery management would make your CV standout.

The ideal Embedded Engineer will be a technical enthusiast who has the motivation to complete individual projects whilst working in a team environment. You will be expected to contribute to the full design life cycle of a host of new product developments whilst also updating and maintaining active products. In return there is plenty of opportunity for quick career development and the chance to get exposure to a host of cutting-edge technologies within the IoT world including Bluetooth, Zigbee, Thread, Wifi protocols and battery power design.

Degree within relevant field
Embedded C/C++
ARM, PIC, TI, STM etc
