Embedded Software Engineer

Salary: £42,000 – £78,000 per year

Avanti Recruitment have partnered with a market-leading, multinational organization that designs & manufactures specialist electrical test & measurement instruments used across the world by everyone from domestic electricians right through to heavy-duty test and monitoring facilities working on high-voltage power stations.

They’ve just opened up a brand new office in Oxford, and are looking to rapidly scale up a new R&D team. There are plenty of interesting engineering challenges to overcome and as part of this new team, you’ll be developing high-reliability products with accuracy and safety front-of-mind. This will be a great opportunity to get involved with building up a new team within a huge global company with loads of IP & patents, with ambitious plans for continuous growth over the next several years.

Required skills:

Strong programming experience in C or C++

Knowledge/appreciation of embedded systems & hardware

Nice to have:

Board bring-up experience

Apps development experience
