Electrician’s Mate / Improver Needed 24-26k ASAP

Our Client is currently looking for a Electrical Mate/Improver engineer to work at their brand new prestigious contracts Location – London(E1)

Experience in – 

– Carry out daily & weekly plant and lift checks reset/report trips/faults as necessary
– Have experience with pumps, motors AHUs, Trend BMS, VAV systems, compressed air systems, LV switchgear and controls. Weekly fire alarm and sprinkler tests, Emergency lighting tests, L8 domestic water & cooling tower checks, chillers, boilers, calorifiers and heating systems
– Be able to carry out PPM on all plant as well as any reactive tasks required and update relevant databases
– Minor plumbing works, blockages and repairs
– Minor electrical works and lighting repairs
– Minor fabric repairs

YOU MUST HAVE YOUR LEVEL 3 CITY AND GUILDS AND 17TH EDITION

Desirable skills:-
A decent knowledge of Electrical plant and maintenance

Hours: Mon – Fri 8 till 17pm

Salary – 25k – 26k Experience dependant.
