The Company:
Our client is a well-established international electrical engineering and manufacturing company.

Main Duties:
To deal with the day to day Technical Support and Customer Service across the French Market

The Role:
– To support and work alongside the Sales Managers
– To deliver Excellent Customer Service and Technical Support related to the company’s product portfolio
– To provide Technical Support to new and existing customers, distributors and sales team
– To maintain and develop of product manuals, FAQs and customers data records
– To collaborate with the international customer service team, sales and engineering team also with product management, applications engineers and quality team.
– To hold internal and external product trainings
– To resolve technical issues relating to the company’s products
– To keep accurate records and data input
– To deal with customers complaints, maintenance of customer support issues database and KPI monitoring
– Occasional International travels for training and development

The Candidate:
– Fluent in English (Written & Spoken)
– Fluent in French (Written and Spoken) would be a strong advantage
– Technical/Electrical engineering background/degree is essential
– Technical Customer Service Experience is required (not IT engineering or IT support)
– Good understanding of electro-mechanical industrial or medical products and Instrumentation and their use.
– Proactive & adaptable to work under pressure
– Strong accountability and team work attitude
– IT literate, ERP system user
– Clean driving licence
