Now, we are looking for an Electrical Operations Director to join the team and make a significant contribution to the future of the business.

The Electrical Operations Director will take responsibility for overseeing a handful of Project Managers (4 or 5), who will each be responsible for managing 4-5 jobs each at any one time. The post holder will be heavily involved in pre-construction, up to a month before scheme commencement, also ensuring that each job is procured fully at the start of the job.

Beyond this, projects will require high level management, helping to ensure the smooth progress of schemes to handover, ensuring labour levels are sufficient and the correct skill sets in place, whilst also keeping an eye on the financials and collating P&L summaries of jobs.

This is a superb opportunity for an ambitious Electrical Operations Director to join this company and make the role their own. Ideally the post holder will bring their own ideas to the table and will be able to put a strong plan together around employing electrical labour directly for schemes including apprentices whilst providing strong leadership, management and overseeing the team and their various projects.
