Electrical Manufacturing Maintenance Engineer – Hertfordshire
Opportunity:
Are you currently working as a Electrical / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer maintaining manufacturing and facilities equipment? Does your experience include hands on fault finding electrical repair work on manufacturing and utilities equipment? Looking for your next contract? If yes then this is the role for you.
Your role as a Electrical / Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer based in Hertfordshire will involve maintaining production and facilities equipment ensuring reliability and compliance.
Essential duties and responsibilities:
* Maintaining HVAC/Chilled water and heating as well as Reverse Osmosis water systems, compressed air systems supplying the cleanroom environment.
* Maintaining industrial oven, furnaces, small chemical reactors, environmental chambers, grinding/milling machines, industrial dishwashers, AC systems, fire alarms.
* Supervising contractors carrying out work on site, ensuring compliance and safety of those individuals.
* Fault finding of issues related to building services and equipment essential to maintaining the production environment.
* Maintaining daily checks on the Building Management System (BMS) and Environmental Management System (EMS)
* First line of response for key equipment and systems such as HVAC, BMS, EMS, RO Water, chiller, boilers and pumps as well as other facilities equipment.
* Completing Preventative and Predictive Maintenance activities as per CMMS (Maximo).
This is a 12 months contract role which the client will review for a possible extension however everything is dependent on the individual and business performance. The hourly PAYE rate is £27.32.
Skills:

* Electrical maintenance experience within a GMP manufacturing environment.
* Qualification in Electrical and Mechanical Engineering.
* PAT Qualification desirable.
