The Ecommerce Website Manager Opportunity:

We are looking for an experienced & ambitious person to project manage the design and development of new e-commerce platform as well as the day-to-day running of the e-commerce business including SEO & link building, social media, email & promotional campaigns.

You will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing the online customer experience and driving conversion. Also planning & implementing home page, category landing pages & key promotions.

A strong background in e-commerce, content management and online marketing are a must with experience in project managing design /development work a real advantage. Photoshop skills and an interest in homes and interiors would be a plus but not essential.

Ecommerce Website Manager Key Duties:

> Lead the ecommerce effort through product set-up and promotion
> Utilising platform functionality to improve conversion and customer experience
> Test and report on promotional activity to improve conversions
> Liaise with web development team to scope and deploy key improvements to the website
> Liaise with marketing teams to develop and implement key marketing activity.
> Produce email promotions and newsletters providing reporting and recommendations for their improvements.
> Responsible for all content on the website, ensuring content is up to date and engaging
> Ensure 100% of the range is set-up in line with brand guidelines and release deadlines

Ecommerce Website Manager Required Skills:

> Use of Magento / WordPress CMS systems
> Mailchimp (or similar Mail Services Provider)
> Project management / Digital Design and Development
> Photoshop (desirable)
