Account Manager-Ecommerce

Due to expansion, a newly created role for a talented, multi-lingual Account Manager has arisen.

The Role:

As an Account Manager you will be responsible for managing key client relationships and enhancing their long-term growth. In addition, you will play a crucial role in launching new client campaigns and integration them into the business.

Responsibilities include

*Launching and maintaining marketing campaigns to new and existing clients within the eCommerce world
*Report and analyse performance to provide recommendations for improvement
*Optimise campaigns to give maximum visibility across digital media owners
*Liaising between technical divisions and client base – ability to understand technical aspects is paramount
*Managing a portfolio of key accounts; Optimise, trouble-shoot, high attention to detail and analytical
* Highly client facing – Ability to build rapport & establish lasting partnerships

Your Profile

*As an experienced Account Manager you will be able to demonstrate;
*Key client facing experience and skills
*An analytical approach to problem solving
*Ability to confidently make suggestions for campaign improvement both to internal teams and clients alike
*Ability to communicate technical elements
*Strong attention to detail
*Experience in creating and delivering presentations
*Additional languages such as Dutch, French, Spanish, German a massive plus but not essential
