Role: e-discovery Project Managers/Case Managers x2 (unusually our client pays O/T at time and a half along with a number of other bonus and work/life balance initiatives)
Location: London
Salary: circa £66,000 – £90,000(depending on experience will be more flexible for RCA qualified especially if they have the ability to build and lead a team)

ABOUT THE COMPANY:
International advisory/consultancy firm that has a full EDRM team. As part of the London based team, assist on all phases of e-discovery projects and be responsible for client delivery of small to medium sized projects.

TASKS:
Part of a cross-disciplined team that manages all areas related to EDRM.
• Assume responsibility for day-to-day data processing, conversion, analysis, quality control, import and other specialised tasks including interaction with other consultants, supervisors and client personnel.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements.
• Manage any project related queries and issues and provide solutions/workarounds
• Liaise and communicate on a daily basis with other teams and manage expectations on client requests.
• Conduct internal training sessions to consultants.
• Actively involved in providing product enhancement feedback and coordinating the deployment of tools and processes to the UK team.
• Coordinate closely with colleagues within and across teams to manage the delivery of client requirements. Be customer-service-oriented to meet client deadlines, including working out of business hours when required.
• Travel as required to ensure effective management of case (Minimal notice is possible).

IDEAL (not all essential)
• Solid experience of working in an e-Discovery or technology related role.
• Familiarity with personal computer and server hardware, operating systems and software.
• 2:1 of higher
• Solid experience in using SQL and relational databases.
• Experience in processing data in Nuix or similar processing platform.
• Familiarity of data manipulation using MS Access and Excel.
• Driven and that demonstrating an ability to solve problems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills both internally and externally.
• Flexible with working hours and has the ability to work in a cross-functional team.
• Working knowledge of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model (EDRM).
• Displays an ability to work independently in a fast-paced multi-tasking environment.
• Demonstrates an ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Manages time and prioritises tasks effectively.

DESIRABLE SKILLS (not essential):
• Knowledge/Familiarity with Nuix scripting but not mandatory.
• Knowledge of programming languages
• Knowledge of Review platforms.
• Familiarity with EnCase or similar
• Litigation support experience.
