E Commerce Administrator / Warehouse

Salary: £26,000 per year

E Commerce /Office Assistant / Warehouse, Company based in Foston off A50 (Derby/Burton) / £26,000 per year + Holiday accrual / Full Time Monday to Friday 8am to 4pm ( Flexible) / Temporary to a Permanent contract.

A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join a rapidly changing e-commerce company.

We are an on-line retailer selling a varying range of products for the B2C market.

We are looking for a proactive candidate who is a fast-intuitive learner.

We are a small team so this will be a varied role consisting of warehouse and other manual work, as well as some computer work with on the job training.

Duties include (but not limited to):

* Picking and packing shipments to our customers standards.

* Processing and monitoring orders, confirmations, invoices, returns and exchanges

* Ensuring all necessary records are kept up to date and accurate, including receipt of all deliveries

* Unloading deliveries, checking off against delivery notes and uploading to the system

* Prepare all manifests in a timely manner

* Ensure warehouse areas are kept clean and tidy at all times

* Actively partake in monthly stocktakes

* Uploading and listing products on our eBay and Amazon platforms

* Monitor and improve upon active listings

* Expanding online sales through our own websites

* Optimising listings to increase sales conversion with effective SEO

* Help creating engaging content for websites and social media channels

* Assist in responding to customer queries and resolving issues via email and telephones

The successful applicant will be an excellent communicator, highly organised and accurate with attention to detail. Being highly adaptable is a must as the company is constantly evolving.

Key skills required:

* A sound knowledge of English grammar including excellent copywriting skills

* IT literacy

* Strong attention to detail

* A ‘can do’ attitude

* Capability to work both independently as well as in a cross-functional team environment

* Ability and desire to learn and use new skills.
