This amazing opportunity is offering an E-Billing Assistant the opportunity to join this amazing firm on a full-time, permanent role. This position can be fully remote with the requirement to attend the office once per month (fully expensed.) It is essential the successful person has e-billing experience.

Job Description

The successful E-Billing Assistant (remote) duties will be:

  • Weekly reconciliation of eBilling clients
  • Ensuring invoices and query resolution
  • Ensuring if any issues arrise that invoices re-submitted asap.
  • Track eBilling data
  • Working directly with clients and fee earners to on board new clients and update existing clients.
  • Monitor a shared inbox

The Successful Applicant

The Successful E-Billing Assistant (remote) Candidate MUST

  • Have e-billing experience
  • Have used e-billing portals/platforms
  • VAT understanding
  • Confident on excel for reporting
  • Ability to work remotely
  • Work independently
