This amazing opportunity is offering an E-Billing Assistant the opportunity to join this amazing firm on a full-time, permanent role. This position can be fully remote with the requirement to attend the office once per month (fully expensed.) It is essential the successful person has e-billing experience.
Job Description
The successful E-Billing Assistant (remote) duties will be:
- Weekly reconciliation of eBilling clients
- Ensuring invoices and query resolution
- Ensuring if any issues arrise that invoices re-submitted asap.
- Track eBilling data
- Working directly with clients and fee earners to on board new clients and update existing clients.
- Monitor a shared inbox
The Successful Applicant
The Successful E-Billing Assistant (remote) Candidate MUST
- Have e-billing experience
- Have used e-billing portals/platforms
- VAT understanding
- Confident on excel for reporting
- Ability to work remotely
- Work independently
