General Manager – Leisure Centre

Salary: £32,400 – £38,400 per year

Our client is one of the UK’s leading and most progressive operators. They are currently looking to recruit an industry leading general manager for their popular and well used facility which sits within the borough of Dacorum. This role would suit an experienced manager looking for a new challenge or progression. It is vital that candidates must be target driven with high customer service standards.

We need a General Manager who will…

• Be passionate and determined to drive forward new business, to exceed sales and revenue targets whilst delivering a high standard of customer service and retention

• Demonstrate exceptional leadership qualities and strong management skills to maximise the overall profitability of the centre

• Manage their time and ensure deadlines are met for reporting and projects

• Manage health, safety and quality standards within their centre and has IT experience

• Create a fun and friendly environment in which you are a role model of professionalism, honesty and integrity as you interact with your team and centre members
