UK Driving License (required)
Experience:
A sound knowledge of tools, equipment & materials
Current Trade Qualifications
Good communication skills, both verbal & written
IT literate
A commitment to great customer service
To be competent on the safety features of a system and the compliance against the latest legislation and good practice.
At least 1 years’ experience in Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance
Schedule:
Monday – Friday 08:00am-5:00pm with 1 hour lunch break

Our Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer will involve working in both the social housing sector as well as some commercial properties.
As a Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer you will report to the Contracts Manager, and you are the first point of contact between the business and our client. You must have good written and oral communication skills and have a high level of technical knowledge across the fire industry. Acting as an ambassador to position the company’s reputation as a leading and respected employer. The main duties of a Door Entry/Access Control Service & Maintenance Engineer include:
- Diagnosing and rectifying faults
- Carrying out company works as required and to desired standards.
- Providing the highest level of customer care and always promoting a good external perception of the company
- Complying with company procedures and policies to ensure smooth delivery of our service.
- Producing reporting on time and to agreed standards.
- Adhering to the company’s quality management system and recycle correctly and responsibly.
- Working on a varied number of Access Control and Door Entry Systems Bells and only monitored systems.
- Working on Access Control and Door Entry Systems such as PAC, Paxton, Salto, Femax and similar products.
