About the role

As a Cloud Engineer, you will work within our Cloud Engineering Team to provide escalated operational support for systems within the cloud architecture. This will include Cloud services development, advanced troubleshooting, and the management of Cloud services. This is the ideal role for an experienced professional with excellent Microsoft skills looking to join a rapidly growing, award-winning and highly accredited company.

What will you bring?

To be considered, you will need to demonstrate experience in providing a high-level of customer interaction.  Being able to respond to queries, show innovation and lead technical conversations during customer projects as part of a larger delivery team.

You should possess practical hands-on experience in the below Cloud Business Applications and Operating Systems.

Microsoft 365 Suite
Mimecast
Azure Active Directory
Exchange Server
Windows Server
Active Directory
Knowledge in any of the following technologies would also be advantageous:

• vCloud Director
• Intune
• Veeam (including Cloud Connect & O365)
• Zerto
