Alecto Recruitment Ltd is currently recruiting for an experienced Domestic Gas Service and Breakdown Engineer to join a well established client of ours, who provide a range of Engineering, Mechanical and Electrical services throughout the South East.

Location – East Hampshire. Areas such as Waterlooville, Clanfield, Petersfield, Liss, Liphook, Bordon, Alton, Chichester and Farnham etc. would also suit. Flexible for the right person.

The Role:

Servicing, breakdown and maintenance work on all types of gas, boiler, plumbing and heating systems.
Responsible for covering the surrounding areas of East Hampshire, Petersfield and along the A3.
role does also require someone flexible and happy to travel throughout the South.
Service and repair of gas boilers and oil boilers throughout domestic/residential properties and social housing accommodation. Key Skills Required:

Must hold ACS gas qualifications such as: – CCN1, CEN1, CENWAT, CKR1, DAH1, HTR1.
Proven experience as a domestic gas engineer, and in particular across service, breakdown & maintenance works.
Ideally OFTEC or boiler experience would be useful but not essential.
Again LPG is also preferred if possible.
Happy to consider someone fairly junior within the industry provided you have 3-4 years’ under your belt and as a qualified gas engineer.
