Skills required for Director of Engineering:

Health and Safety Management in a highly regulated industry
Electro / Mechanical Engineering
Planned, Preventative Maintenance
Budgeting and Financial Management
of multidiscipline teams
Liaising with external specialists, contractors, suppliers and regulatory bodies
Analytical problem solving and root cause analysis
Management of large scale projects (preferred but not essential)
