Due to continued expansion across Europe and significant investment into the Digital Division has created the urgent need for a Director of Digital Analytics.

The role:
Will offer the chosen Director of Digital Analytics the opportunity to implement Pan-European strategy for the Analytics dashboard within Closed Loop Marketing (CLM). You will also support brand teams in the development of insight based on analytics which will influence new campaigns to increase brand and market awareness. You will work closely with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, Market Intelligence tea, Project Managers, Application Managers, Affiliate Marketers and various other departments to drive deliverables through digital analytics.

As the Director of Digital Analytics you will have opportunity for progression and visibility of multiple components of Digital Marketing including; CRM, CLM and Brand Marketing.

The role will also include:
*Responsibility for leading organisational approach to CLM analytics to develop insights
*The business system owner for the Analytics dashboard
*Advise Senior Director on requested or desired CLM analytics and dashboard changes

Key skills:
*Demonstrable in depth knowledge and understanding of marketing analytics
*Strong understanding of data structures and data warehouse design
*Experience in Closed Loop Marketing (CLM/Digital Advanced reporting roles
*Excellent knowledge of analytics design
*Ability to build innovative and creative strategies to support the business
*Have experience and background working in Pharmaceutical or Health or Medical industries would be highly advantageous but not essential
