Digital Marketing Manager

We are Reca UK Ltd, part of the European Reca Group, with turnover in excess of €900m and a subsidiary of a global group, with Sales in excess of €19b.

We supply consumable products to the Metalwork, Engineering, Wood, Construction, Building and associated sectors. Providing products from Screws to Chemicals, Drill bits to Diamond Blades, plus over 5000 more products. With +9500 active customers and counting, we look to continue our growth by appointing the right professionals to assist in taking us to the next level.

We are currently recruiting for a Digital Marketing Manager to join our team. Main Responsibilities include:

• Optimising our online presence moving forward by creating & posting Social Media content across all platforms
• SEO – establishing a strategy and controlling a budget
• Product video development
• E-Marketing campaigns to support & drive sales, both directly & alongside our sales teams
• Creation of monthly Customer newsletters
• Maintaining our eShop and website
• Support for general Marketing activities

Your experience & skills to include:

• Professional Marketing qualification, relevant degree, or equivalent experience through an established career.
• Proven experience in digital marketing and SEO.
• Excellent knowledge across all social media platforms.
• Knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS, content management systems and web development
• Excellent written, proof reading and oral communication skills, ensuring our digital footprint is accurate and consistent
• Demonstrates strong analytical thinking skills
• Knowledge in using best practices and emerging technologies to help develop and improve current ways of working

You will need an outgoing, adaptable personality for this role. You are someone that displays a creative vision through both graphics and written skills.  A desire to succeed and self-develop, whilst aiming to maximise RECA-UK Ltd market exposure and expanding the company’s visibility to the wider audience.
