Job Description
We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to join a growing Digital & Design Marketing agency working with some lovely B2C clients. As Digital Marketing Manager, you will join a dynamic and talented Marketing team, reporting into the Head of Digital Marketing, and supported by a Digital Marketing Executive. This is a broad Digital Marketing role, and will focus on all things performance including PPC, Paid Social, SEO and CRO. We would still love to hear from people with solid Paid Media experience, who are perhaps looking to broaden their skill set. There are lots of opportunities for training and development here!
What you’ll be doing:
- Collaborating with the Head of Digital Marketing to implement multifaceted digital strategies.
- Developing and executing plans for online advertising, SEO, email marketing, and conversion rate optimization.
- Crafting tailored strategies aligned with client goals.
- Analyzing campaign performance and proposing improvements.
- Managing client accounts, coordinating with the marketing team for optimal outcomes.
- Participating in departmental development and process optimization.
Experience you’ll need:
- Proficiency in PPC, Google Analytics, Google Search Ads, Google Shopping Ads, and Meta Ads.
- Strong understanding of SEO, user experience, and conversion rate optimization.
- Excellent copywriting and creative skills.
- Experience with additional tools like ahrefs, SpyFu, Looker Studio, MS Clarity, Mailchimp, YouTube ads, etc.
