Digital Marketing Database Researcher

RDF are currently seeking to build an in house team of Digital Marketing Database Researchers. You will be responsible for building and developing vertical skills candidate
talent pools
You will be using an internal CRM database as well as job boards and social media o build you network
You will be give training in the recruitment industry and ideally you will be a user of several social media platforms
The work is process and results driven so a basic salary is on offer as well as a structured commission plan with on target earnings of between 17-24k during year 1

You work along side our Resource Delivery and Sales Team in a prestigious environment, in our newly refurbished offices overlooking the Old Steine in Brighton.

This is an exciting opportunity for enthusiastic, hard-working and customer-focused Graduates to join our in-house team and develop their careers within a well-established business.

Main roles and responsibilities:

*Work with Business Consultants and Account Managers and Resource Team
*Locate Develop and Market suitable candidates through use of CRM and other platforms
*Update and maintain the company’s database
*Build and maintain a suitable candidate pipeline
*Work in line with data and protection legislation’s

Key Competencies:

*Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
*Ability to work under pressure and to targets
*Strong multi-tasking skills and able to prioritize work load
*Good IT skills (must have a good understanding of Social Networking and Digital Marketing)
*Drive, passion and motivation to achieve goals
*Work well as part of a team and on your own

Desirable:

*An interest or experience/knowledge in IT
