Digital Commercial Manager – Based Within East Anglia

Archant Digital is the central hub for over 140 brands, each with websites, apps, email products, mobile solutions, social media, video and much more. Our expanding digital team is looking for a committed team member to help implement the delivery of digital revenues for our successful portfolio.

Archant is growing its digital revenues ahead of industry forecasts and is expected to deliver some exciting platforms to further the growth.

Digital Commercial Manager

Working closely with the respective publishing teams across your territory (Norfolk, Suffolk and Essex), you will ensure that all digital sales targets are achieved and exceeded. You will work very closely with local advertising management teams to train and empower them to support their teams in delivery of digital commercial objectives. You will drive digital sales through your own actions and through others to get the very best in class response for our advertisers. Taking responsibility of the rollout of the digital commercial portfolio, you will create sales plans so that sales revenue, volume and yield targets are achieved, promote the benefits of digital products to achieve revenue budgets, collaborate on sales calls with key accounts and identify and generate new business revenues. You will collaborate with the editorial, customer engagement, mobile/apps and the product management team to ensure that all products and platforms are capable of delivering sales targets meeting the requirements of the user and the brand.

Ideally from a media sales background, you will be a team-player with superb customer service skills. You will combine a hands on approach with creative thinking to formulate innovative ideas and to recommend the best marketing solutions for customers and sales teams alike. Confident, passionate about digital and a strong communicator, you must be capable of coaching and delivering through others with a proven track record of supporting sales teams ideally digitally.
