We are currently looking for a Digital and Catalogue Merchandise Manager to join our Marketing team. This role would suit an individual with a natural desire to drive the delivery and creation of all outward customer facing product information and literature produced by RAJA UK.
What the role entails:
* Accountable for publishing all products on the website and constantly improving product content and navigation to ensure our merchandising meets evolving best practice SEO and digital standards.
* Accountable for ensuring updates to the print catalogues are delivered on-schedule and meet the product range extension objectives agreed with the Raja Group.
* Responsible for working with the Product and Purchasing team and wider business to plan product range changes and develop new product content requirements to improve the customer journey and increase sales.
* Responsible for developing and optimising website cross-selling, up-selling, on-site search, and product promotional plans to improve customer conversion and increase sales.
* Build relationships with key internal partners across the business and external agencies to review actions, improve processes and share sales data to optimise performance and the customer experience.
* Accountable for the day-to-day Line Management of the Merchandise team including driving performance and supporting colleagues to reach their full potential, but also challenging any behaviours that are misaligned to our values or policies.
What we would like from you:
* Educated to degree level, with CIM or IDM professional marketing qualifications desirable.
* 3-4 years experience in digital/catalogue merchandising and copywriting, preferably within the industrial equipment or packaging industry.
* A good knowledge of MS Office 365 suite and Adobe Acrobat, with experience of one or more Content Management Systems for Product publishing is essential.
* An experienced people manager who is a self-starter and exception team player with a flexible coaching style.
