Development Surveyor

My client a leading and well established practice who work extensively within the property and infrastructure sectors, their well established name and reputation for being able to deliver a high level of service they have enjoyed and developed work with clients across a diverse range of projects and sectors throughout the UK and Europe sectors include: urban regeneration and renewal, residential, energy and retail.

My client is on the hunt for a talented and ambitious development surveyor with up to 10 years PQE to help develop their buoyant business and increase workload.

The key responsibilities of the role will include: Planning agreement negotiations (section 106), cash flow and viability appraisals, provide strategic development and planning advice, market comparable analysis and undertake property market research as well as strategic land analysis.

The ideal candidate will have between 2 and 10 years PQE and have an accredited GP RICS qualification, in addition to this the ideal candidate will need to possess a proven track record in consultancy, a high level of numeric competency, proven project management experience, a proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and have experience of the Argus appraisal system, possess excellent written and oral communication skills, excellent report writing and drafting skills and have the ability to converse with clients at various levels.
