Development Chemist – Personal Care Products

Our SW based client develops and manufactures a range of Personal care products. They are actively looking for a Development Chemist.
Duties for this position will include: –
• Developing novel formulations and modifying existing products
• Assisting with the laboratory scale-up of blended formulations
• Preparing and completing associated paper work to support manufacturing and quality activities
• Laboratory testing / stability testing of development products
Applications are invited from candidates with a BSc in Chemistry / Cosmetic Science, together with previous suitable skills and experience. Candidates must have previous industry experience of formulating personal care, toiletry or cosmetic products.
This is a permanent opportunity offering a salary of circa £30,000(depending on skills and abilities)
