Client Details
My client is a well know FMCG business based in Derbyshire looking for an experienced despatch and warehousing manager.
Description
In the role you will be responsible for the following:
•Managing a team of direct reports within an FMCG environment
•Driving continuous improvement
•Ensure that excellent communications are maintained across all team managers & warehouse staff.
•Health and Safety standards and reporting
•To provide clear and concise leadership at all times with the team
•Focus on areas such as Despatch
•Shift productivity and performance in line with site KPIs
•Provide a safe working environment through management of H&S initiatives and KPIs
Profile
Successful candidates wishing to be considered will ideally have the following experience:
Despatch Team Management experience within Warehousing
Ideally knowledge of FMCG food
High School or Secondary Education required
