Designate Store Managers

We are looking to recruit designate Store Managers for the North East of England area. With over 10 stores in the North East of England we are quite flexible as to where you can be located. The earning potential for this position will be up to £32,400Per Annum and this will consist of a basic salary, commission and bonus.
The hours are 42 per week over 5 days however Sunday working may be required on a rota basis and is paid as overtime.

As one of our Managers you will be responsible to lead and motivate your team to turn all possible sales opportunities into a reality. You`ll know how to balance the needs of the customer with the needs of the business, and maximising sales and beating targets is second nature to you.

Using your people management and leadership skills, you`ll coach, motivate and develop your team to deliver or exceed store targets by inspiring them with your passion for high store standards, customer service and your ability to achieve strategic business objectives.

In order to succeed you will be commercially aware with a passion to be the best! You will be a strong leader with the ability to consistently drive and improve the overall performance of the store. You will have previous retail store management experience with a proven track record in sales.
