Clinical Research Manager

We are a well-respected and rapidly growing Drug Safety Centre which provides both medical and pharmaceutical related services across three diverse business streams. Due to continued sucess, we are now employing an experienced Clinical Research Manager from within the Pharma sector. The Clinical Research Manager should have expereince in management and will be leading and supporting the operations team, reporting directly to the Managing Director. This is a senior level position and the Clinical Research Manager will be challenging current processes and procedures to support future development for growth.

Clinical Research Manager Responsibilities:

Support the Disaster Recovery/Business Contingency plan and ensure readiness to respond to events that threaten to severely impact the operation.

Develop and deliver improvements and drive efficiencies

Liaise with clients who request additional ad hoc cover as part of their existing contract.

Follow service procedures and ensure that team members do the same.
Support the commercial team in bids for new business

Qualifications and Experience:

This role requires you to have an in-line management background
GCP
Experience in a similar position (Clinical Research Management/ Pharmacovigilance Centre)
Strong operational expertise
ISO 9001 procedures
