My clients have the same idea, they are a well established retailer with in the golf community, and are looking for enthusiastic, inspirational and results orientated individuals with previous experience of leading a sales focused teams.
As the Designate Manager of the area you will deliver exceptional customer service through taking effective shop floor management, bringing a fun ambience to the store, driving sales and maximising attachment selling and support the store managers with in multiple stores. Assisting with cover through out busier periods. You will look after launching new products, implementing promotional activities and managing and motivating the teams to achieve sales and KPI targets.
The business will provide one of the best management induction programmes in retail, progression within the business is fantastic for the right candidate.
