Design Engineer – Solidworks

Parker White Consulting are currently seeking a Contract Design Engineer with Solidworks CAD experience.

The engineering firm being represented are based in North Lancashire, and specialise in Conversion of Commercial vehicles

They require a Design Engineer to work on refrigerated vehicles and on more complex one offs. This would include developing a range of vans ancillaries including insulated mouldings.

Skills required:

• Experience in vehicle conversion of any type and associated type approval, would be a distinct advantage
• Also experience of grp mouldings / tooling would be advantageous
• 3D Solidworks user

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a contract position in a well established company which will be a great addition to the portfolio of any contract design engineer.

Contract/Temporary Position

Hourly Rate: £24per hour

Location: North Lancashire

Contract Length: 3 months initially

Start Date: Immediate
