Salary: £60,000 per year
Deputy Theatre Manager (Clinical) – Swindon – up to £50k plus benefits
We are currently recruiting for a beautiful state of the art private hospital in the Swindon area with great transport links.
The hospital is a busy site with and is well staffed and will provide a great friendly and supportive working environment. The hospital provides various services, and you would be required to help assist the current theatre manager in leading the theatre team.
Ideally the team are looking for either a proven deputy theatre manager or a senior theatre practitioner with strong leadership skills looking for progression within their next position.
Hours of work:
- Full time 37.5 hours across a mixed shift pattern
- Various shift patterns available including shorter / longer and late shifts.
- Flexible working hours are available
Key Skills required:
- Registered with the NMC or HCPC with no restrictions
- Previous theatre experience ideally across either scrub / anesthetics or recovery
- Proven leadership skills
- Strong communicator
- Team player
- Caring attitude
