Deputy Shift Manager

Salary: £55,200 – £56,400 per year

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Deputy Shift Manager with the opportunity to join a leading and established global business.

Circa: £46,000-£47,000 (OTE £52,000) + Career Progression, 10% pension, 31 days holiday, Life insurance plus much more (Shift).

The right Deputy Shift Manager will support the maintenance schedule and fault rectification within a site-based environment while supporting the Maintenance Engineer Team.

• The Deputy Shift Manager will support and develop the team.
• Compliance with Health & Safety legislation and H&S policies at all times
• Ensure full utilization for all Safety Critical Maintenance, accurate spares management, and scheduled maintenance
• Prioritise and plan repairs
• Support and carry out equipment servicing as with the schedules
• Health & Safety legislation 
• Maintain the flow at all times

• NVQ 3 or Electrical / Mechanical Engineering apprenticeship or Electrical Qualified or ONC, HNC. 
• Basic understanding of PLC equipment
