Deputy Domiciliary Manager

Domiciliary Deputy Manager – Launceston – £18-£20k
Our client specialises in providing care for adults in their own homes across North Cornwall. They provide a range of services that promote independent living and work to exceptional standards of care. They are currently looking to recruit a Deputy Manager for their Launceston office.
You will be responsible for supporting the Registered Manager in achieving a high level of service delivery, ensuring the aims and objectives of the organisation are met, through effective management strategies and taking specific responsibility for the management of the Domiciliary Care Team.
You will be NVQ3 qualified as a minimum with experience of working in a similar role. You must be a driver, preferably with your own transport although this is not essential. In return you will receive ongoing training and career development along with a generous salary and benefits package.
