DELIVERY CONSULTANT / PROJECT MANAGER / PMO / PROJECT ANALYST / CHANGE CONSULTANT

Salary: Up to £48,000Basic + Bonus + Benefits Package

Our Client is a hugely successful Pan-European organisation working across large scale Infrastructure Projects throughout the UK. They are now looking for an experienced Delivery Consultants with a passion for Business Transformation Project Management to join their ever expanding team.

You will work closely with Delivery Managers to Deliver Projects, Portfolios of Work, Programmes & Releases throughout the End-to-End Change Lifecycle, converting ideas into business outcomes through Interpretation of Business Requirements, Business Process Design & Impact Assessments, Design Options & Cost & Benefit Recommendations.

The position will ideally suit someone who has Project Management experience within a large complex change environment (ideally within a Customer Centric Change Agenda). You will have a strong Business Analyst background and be a commercial thinker, with experience of working within a Matrix Management / Complex Large Scale Organisation. You will have experience of managing multiple stakeholders and acting as the glue between delivery through to output and managing expectations for stakeholders.

This is a Matrix Management position and therefore you will need to be able to Manage Virtual Teams across Multi-Site and be flexible to travel between the North East, Yorkshire & Midlands as and when required on a business needs basis.

Principle Responsibilities of the role will include:
•Project / Programme Management.
•Deliver Work Packages on Change Initiatives.
•Conduct Feasibility Studies, including Options Analysis
•Stakeholder Management – Understanding Needs & Interpret these into Requirements Specifications
•Challenge Requirements Against Overall Business Objectives, Delivery of Benefits, Alignment to Agreed Design Principles & Focus on Change Objectives
•Adhere to Analysis Standards & Processes to Deliver Continuous Improvement.
•Identify, Utilise & Share Best Practice

Skills & Experience Required:

•Project Management experience in Large Corporate Environment
•Direct Experience of Analysis within Complex Change Environment
•Strong Commercial Knowledge & Financial Analysis Skills
•Prince2 or MSP Qualified will be an advantage (Understanding of Project Management Methodology)
•Strong Problem Solving & Analytical Skills
•Understanding of Business Plans & Strategic Initiatives
