Salary: £90,000 – £96,000 per year
Agile Delivery Manager required by London based Professional Services Provider to businesses all over the world.
They require an experienced Delivery Manager with expertise in digital technologies and delivering new bespoke software products using Agile methodologies.
The role will be leading feature teams/squads, challenging developers, DevOps engineers and Architects to provide top class technically fit for purpose solutions.
Location: London Bridge – 2 days a week, 3 days WFH
Skills required:
* Hands on Agile Delivery experience as an Agile Delivery Manager or Scrum Master focusing on digital projects ideally in global or international environments/clients.
* Background in software development working on customer facing solutions.
* Technical leadership of software development teams.
* Worked on digital projects working with internal and outsourced cross functional teams including Designers, UX, Product Owners and Developers across multiple time zones.
* Agile Scrum Master certification or willing to attain & Project Management certification.
* Self-starter, with innovative pragmatic approach that can work in process driven and ambiguous environments.
* Excellent stakeholder skills, consultative approach – with both client and internal at all levels building successful relationships.
* Technology environment experience to include Microsoft development languages, MS Azure and Microservices.
