£15.82 per hour

Within this role you will be responsible for managing case records for debt cases. Pulling together all relevant information to provide Recovery Officers with the best opportunity to collect debt. You will accurately and quickly update and manage electronic debt files, which will allow clear decisions to be made about how debt is pursued, and recovered. You will have the ability to work to daily workload targets and independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have an understanding of the debt recovery process and how customer information contributes to this, and also of the legal framework around debt collection.

Oracle/Oracle1 experience is essential.
