Data Systems Controller

Your role you will be to set up, commission, maintain and operate the company’s Race Information System infrastructure at Grand Prix events. You will be responsible for and take ownership for specific systems and functions during individual race events and/or as directed by your Team Leader or Group Manager.
Role and Responsibility:
+ Ensure that after each session all data is saved and archived according to company procedures
+ Run race simulations for development and testing purpose
+ Maintain Race Simulation Suit
+ Document all activity during the Event, in the form of Race Report and effectively communicate with your team, your Team Leader and Group Manager on all aspects of operation
+ Liaise with equipment manufacturers on purchase and maintenance
Skills and Experience:
+ Ability to mentally process, interpret and visualise information from multiple sources in real time, and recognise errors and exceptions in this data and prioritise appropriate actions effectively
+ Excellent attention to detail
+ An analytical mind and a desire to interrogate data
+ Ability to remain focused for long periods of time
+ Ability to make accurate decisions under pressure
