Salary: £600 – £720 per day
Data Migration & Integration Specialist with HR-related data migrations for SAP HCM Successfactors required for 6 month contract to work on international implementation.
Location: Remote – some travel may be required to Leeds and London
Contract: 6 month initially outside of IR35
You will be accountable for identifying data requirements for the new SuccessFactors HR system and ensure that accurate data is loaded for the go-live including integration design.
Working with the business teams you will draw up the data migration plan including identifying new data for the solution, cleansing, validating and creating data from the legacy system and support the load process.
You will also take ownership of the design, development and testing of data transformation from legacy systems into the new SuccessFactors solution.
They require the following experience:
* Data migration work in a complex project/programme including HR related data migrations for SAP HCM SuccessFactors.
* Data integration mapping, preparing creating and loading data.
* Excellent SAP HCM SuccessFactors experience including configuration, master, reference and transactional data.
* Strong experience with MS Excel and data migration tools including LSMW or similar
* Must be an excellent communicator as working with various stakeholders throughout this international business.
